LTB Mechanical Corp. is a New York City based installation, service and energy management company. Our principle business is the service maintenance/management and installation of commercial and residential heating, ventilating, air conditioning and power generating facilities in the tri-state area.
In our 30 years of incorporation we have enjoyed steady growth and substantial success, and we attribute this to our reliability, customer loyalty, competitive business practices and over 25 years’ experience in our field. We are privileged to have on staff some of the most qualified service technicians available in today’s industry. Their qualifications come through experience and continuous training, and all are NYC certified for refrigeration system operation as well as having certifications from Mitsubishi and Daikin.

LTB Mechanical Corp. is owned and operated by Tobias P. Burke, President, who has been with the company for over 25 years and has over 30 years’ experience in the HVAC field.
All technicians have received training from trade schools as well as taken certified courses from Mitsubishi and Daikin. All are EPA certified for the removal and administration of all types of Freon.
